The paradise of vines between the Adriatic Sea and the Maiella Mountain

The territory on which it stands has been renowned for its wine production since ancient times.

The position of its hills, covered with vineyards, is an ideal place for the vine to thrive.

The centre of Tollo is 10 km from the Adriatic sea and about thirty from the Maiella Mountain, so the area enjoys a microclimate due to the harmonious balance of the delicate breezes coming from the sea combined with the difference between night and day temperature.

In addition, due to its loose substrates, the soil is not very fertile, a condition that naturally restrains the quantity of wine produced favouring a quality production.
