TULLUM: INTERNATIONAL QUALITY FOR THE SMALLEST DOC WINE

Another award for the wine Bianco Tullum Doc Feudo Antico, that wins a golden medal at the international contest “Gran premio internazionale MUNDUSvini”.
Feudo Antico proved that size do not matter making Tullum, the the smallest Doc wine in Italy, produced only in Tollo area.

After winnig a silver medal at Decanter World Wine Awards 2010, one of the most prestigious international wine contest, the white wine “Bianco Tullum Doc” wins another silver medal also at the “Gran premio internazionale MUNDUSvini”, the most important wine contest in Germany.
At the contest there were about 6000 wines and undoubtedly it is a reference place for the German world of wine.

“This medal is a step forward to the affirmation of Doc Tullum by Feudo Antico on an international level.” The manager Andrea Di Fabio says. “ We’re proud that in little more than a year’s time from the launch of the Doc, this wine has been appreciated and recognized as one of the excellences from Abruzzo. The Doc has a symbolic value for us, that gives a new strength to the oenology of our region. The success on the international market proves that a local identity can achieve eccellent result on the global market.”

Tullum Doc is different because of its strict rules for production, the use of vocated vineyards and the historical values and the culture of the wine growing in the territory. In these days vintage is going on. It is made according to some intelligent and exclusive rules of vinification that guarantee the excellence in quality of Feudo Antico wines.
